Design Team member Aubrey Rives created this beautiful holiday keepsake by altering one of our Secret Boxes. Aubrey covered the box inside and out with patterned papers then accented it with our Royal Red Scallop Ric Rac and Sheer White Blossoms, crystal baubles and paper flowers. To finish off her project she sprinkled glitter and faux snow by Art Glitter on the lid and a few flowers. This is a perfect little keepsake to have your family place their holiday wishes or sentiments inside.
Here are two wonderful winter themed projects created by design team members Debbie Harmer and Heather Ales.
Debbie embellished her adorable altered frame using lots of Maya Road products. Look closely and you will see our Sky Blue Scallop Ric Rac, our Deep Red Crushed Velvet, a Microfelt Button from the Brights Collection, a bit of our Deep Blue Velvet Star Trim and a few pages from our Sheer Snowflake Coaster Album. Debbie covered her frame and our Philadelphia Lowercase Chipboard Letters with patterned paper from Daisy D's and added shimmering accents by using Stickles from Ranger and Glitter from Art Glitter.
Heather created this adorable "Let it Snow" wall hanging using two pages from our Half Circle Binder Album, one page from our 6 x 6 Binder Book and embellished it using our ever so popular Snowflakes and New York Lowercase Chipboard Letters. Each Snowflake and Letter has been painted using Ranger Acrylic Paint Dabbers in Metallic Pearl and Silver and topped with glitter from Art Glitter. She covered her chipboard pages using patterned papers from Daisy D's. This will certainly be a wonderful winter greeting to friends and family.
Sandy created this wonderful Winter Album using one of our Lunch Break Chipboard Albums. She accented the cover using a Chipboard Scroll Frame, Microfelt Bird (Neutral) and Sky Blue Scallop Ric Rac.
Sandy covered her pages using Daisy D's patterned papers and wonderful family photos taken outside in the snow. She accented her pages using Daisy D's die cut tags, stickers and rub-on transfers.

Design Team member Wendy Vecchi created this very festive holiday basket using several products by Maya Road. She painted our Philadelphia Lowercase Chipboard letters and a snowflake embellishment using Crackle Paint by Ranger. Wendy created the scallop border by cutting in half some of our Circle Foundations Chipboard pieces, then inked and stamped each one using our Scrolls Clear Stamps. To finish off her basket she created an arrow tag spelling out "Survival Kit" using Noah Rubons.
Are you in the need for some holiday decor? Here is a project design team member Lisa Pace created for her holiday table. She used a page from our Sheer Crown Album to decorate the outside of her glass candle holder. The Sheer Crown is covered with Ultrafine Pearlescent (Pearl) Art Glitter and accented with one of our Chipboard Snowflakes that Lisa painted using a Silver Dabber by Ranger. Once the snowflake was dry she completely covered the painted snowflake in Shard Vintage Glass (Krystallos) by Art Glitter then accented the center with a clear rhinestone. To finish off the crown she added other holiday themed embellishments and tied it to the glass candle holder using white tulle.
Instructions
1) Separate flowers by size and set aside 9 large flowers.
2) Layer 1 or 2 small/medium flowers onto one of the 9 large flowers and secure with a brad.
3) Push brad into twig wreath and with your fingers bend the brad around the twigs.
4) Tie a bow with leaf green crushed
velvet and use a pop dot to secure to the bottom of the wreath.
5)
For the bird use a black pen to create an eye. Then cut a tear drop
shape from the velvet ribbon to make a wing. Use thread and needle to
sew on wing. Leave a tail on both ends of the thread to weave into
wreath, tie and knot.
6) Apply "happy holidays" rubon to scrap paper and cut to size. Adhere to wreath with pop dot under the bird.
7) It's now ready to hang on a tree or embellish a special holiday gift!
Look at this adorable work of art. Joanna's (tuesdaysfrog) little boy Cole created this masterpiece and named it "franken-einstein." He used our Chicago Lowercase Chipboard Alphabet and some buttons. Thanks Cole for sharing your creation with all of us.
Here is a cute mini notebook created by Waleska Neris. She used one of our "Steno" Office Sheers and our "The Cubicle" Rubons. What a great way to record those moments you don't want to forget when you are out and about with family and friends.
Here is a very unique holiday project design team member Heather Ales created. She used our Philadelphia Chipboard Numbers to create this adorable 12 days of Christmas decoration. Each number has been painted, glittered and then soldered into a beautiful charm.
Charlotte Cramer created an album to hold all her favorite quotes using our Scallop Coasters and Box. Each page includes a quote and is embellished beautifully using Maya Road Scroll Corners, Paint, Rhinestones and Silk Flowers.
