When we all first saw it, we were wondering if it would be a fire hazard - a tea light in a little box but then Shelley shared with us a secret:
Shelley used a battery powered light to make this!

Supply List:
MR supplies
double stitched ribbon (red and green),
Non MR supplies
evergreen pipecleaners and bells
metal snowflakes
snowflake die cut paper
battery operated candle
heat embossing powder Ranger Ink (holographic),
white acrylic paint
embossing ink (clear)
Instructions:
5. Place pins on either side of box (top) and string floss with bells and snowflakes. Place felt flowers.
Enjoy!
