Hi everyone
If I had to choose only one Maya Road product to bring to a desert scrapping island, Maya Road blossoms would be it. Well that's cheating, because there is such a wide variety of Maya Road blossoms available I'd be set for a lifetime of scrapping on that island.
Anyway, today I'd like to share this frame I was inspired to create when I saw an illustration by Sarah Jane Studios. I thought óne created with my favorite Maya Road blossoms would look so cute, and I have to say I was extremely pleased when my frame was done.
The foundation of this frame began by simply covering your frame with your favorite patterned paper, lightly penciling a circle on your frame, and adhering a length of Turquoise Ruffle Edge Trim on the pencil markings.
Next pop-up your Chipboard Alphabets which have been glittered with Iridescent Glitter in the middle of that ruffled circle. All you need to do to finish off this frame is to arrange a bunch of your favorite blossoms around the ruffled circle, and push some Vintage Pearl Pins around the circle of flowers.
Ta-dah! Your frame is all done! Try spelling out your favorite quote or replacing the Chipboard Alphabets with a photo. This is so fun to make, I think I will head off to that imaginary deserted island to create more!
Till the next time, happy creating!
xoxo, Lia
