Happy Spring everyone! I am so happy to see the sun and flowers. Today I am going to share with you a tutorial on how to make your very own Spring bouquet using Maya Road products. You will need a small jar, some floral wire, a small piece of styrofoam, adhesive, and these Maya Road goodies (zipper trim, kraft doilies, medallion flowers, wooden buttons, and wooden doilie).
First take your small jar and cover it with zipper trim. I did not want my trim to be too perfect so adhered it in an uneven fashion.
Next I placed a small amount of stryofoam inside the jar. This will hold your "flowers" in place!
Next, I took two kraft doilies and sandwhiched them on either side of the floral wire and adhered them together. You can cut the floral wire later to the size you want.
On the medallion flowers I simply punched a small circle from some heavy cardstock and glued that and the wire to the back of the flower. Now you are ready to glue your wooden doilie to the top of your jar and arrange your flowers by placing the stems through the openings in the doilie. The floral wire allows you to bend and arrange the flowers to your liking.
I hope this little bouquet has inspired you to make your very own!! Happy Spring!

So (SEW) cute!! I love your blog so much! I love how you take items that I would normally use in a lo and make them 3D! Love it!!
