Hi! It's Julia here with another day of Maya Road + Authentique Paper fun. Today I'm sharing a few projects I've created with the beautiful Gathering line. Its beautiful colors and nature images make it perfect for pairing up with some of my favorite Maya Road embellishments.
For this card I've color blocked the background using the beautiful Authentique Gathering papers. These prints are the scaled down mini papers from the 6x6" pad. They are the pefect size for cards. The Maya Road Rectangular Kraft Envelope makes a great place to cluster the sweet Authentique die cuts with Maya Road embellishments. Soar is the sentiment that is stamped onto the envelope using the Art Journaling Words Clear Stamp Set.
Clustered together you'll also find Canvas Button Pieces, Cream Ruffle Blossoms, Leaf Trinket Pins, a White Time Flies Kraft Clock, Sand Trinkets Ribbon and Orange Velvet Point Blossoms.
For my second card I decided to go with a square card design. This time the Wood Die Cut Doily makes a wonderful place to gather the details together.
I've combined the Authentique die cut accents with some Maya Road Buttons Mini Chipboard Set that look darling covered with coordinating Gathering papers. By cutting the Pumpkin Organza Mum Trim into individual flowers you get lovely floral accents. Also in this grouping are Black Large Kraft Ticket Strips, Crystal Trinket Pins, Alterable Wood Buttons and a Black Krafty Owl.
