Hello everyone and thanks for stopping by the Maya Road Design Team Blog for Day 4 of our swap with Chic tags! Today I am going to show you how I turned this paper file I found on clearance into a cool little photo display using some awesome products from Maya Roac and Chic Tags "Happy Place"!
I am ALWAYS on the hunt for cool and unique things to transform into photo displays. I found this wire paper file and decided to stand it on end and create a little display! First I took some Maya Road Twine and thread it throught the file in a zig-zag formation as I wanted to use it like a laundry line and hang items from it. Next I threaded some of the fabulous Chic Tag papers in and out of the file to give it some interest. Once that was done it was all about adding the final touches!
I punced a small hole in the Maya Road camera transparencies and then used a jump ring to hang it from the twine! I also used the Maya Road Framed Saying Pieces. I just love these! I used my instagram pictures printed 2x2 and adhered them to the insta-frame! LOVE! Then I used a small clothes pin to hang them from the twine.
Since I kind of has a transparency theme going on I added Chic Tags clear tags to the twine as well using a small clothespin. The paper tags by Chic Tags were perfect! Normally I think they are meant to be used on paper but they worked perfectly to hang off the twine!
A couple of Maya Road metal arrow clips and my little display was complete!
