I received the Xyron Creative Station Lite to use for this swap. The machine made it easier and faster to put my project together and run my die cuts through the Xyron Lite all at once!
First up is my card. I used the new Maya Road Mason Jar Stamp Set and coordinating dies, a new set coming soon. I stamped all the parts of the jar and die cut them out. I stamped the outside of the jar on vellum in silver ink and then embossed with silver embossing powder.
I love the way the Xyron worked with vellum. Vellum can be tricky to adhere. You don't want to see the adhesive through the vellum.
Once my mason jar was put together I layered it one notepaper cut with the Notepaper Die and added a Wood Mini Clothes Pin in Silver. I adhered Small Paper Flowers in White and Pink. I finished off the card with a Resin Mini Mums in Turquoise and Rick Rack Trim in White.
I created my die cuts and decided on embellishments for the page. Once I had a general layout in mind I ran all my die cuts through the Xyron Lite.
I printed the date of the wedding then I used the Tabbed File Folder Die to add the tab. I clipped on a Wood Mini Clothes Pins in Gold and a heart from the Ken Oliver Heart & Key Charms. My flowers are die cut with the With Love Nature Die Bundle and I accented the flowers with Small Vintage Findings Paper Leaves.
