My son Jordan has Autism and we live in the most amazing city with services and opportunities for him to shine! One of the groups he belongs to is called Combined Efforts Theater. Jordan participates in shows along side other friends with and without disabilities. Within that group is this handsome group of 5 guys called the Combined Efforts Men's Choir. They sing at gigs and events here in town and I am just so proud of these guys. They meet every week for a one hour rehearsal. I thought it would be nice for Jordan to have a little mini album to celebrate this amazing group that he is a part of!
Metallic albums are all the rage and you can make your very own like I did for this album. I chose the kraft 4x4 album from Maya Road and sprayed it with a gold metallic spray paint. I LOVE how it turned out. It looks a little more like copper but I dig it. I am going to try silver soon so I'll let you know how that goes! I took the album a part and sprayed everything including the inside hardware of the album and each and every page.
Next, was the fun part of adding the embellishments, paper and photos!
The dapper looking young man here is my son! Such an old soul! I hope you enjoyed my little mini and I hope you'll the metallic paint a try! That's what I really love about Maya Road products is that it gives you a blank canvas to make something your very own. Now you can get into the metallic album craze by making one yourself with a Maya Road chipboard album. Happy creating!
