1. How long does this sale run?
Starting now through March 1st (or until the boxes run out), purchase the Mystery Boxes from our PayPal store front. Each of these boxes contain over $173.00(retail) of Maya Road products and can be yours for only $46.25. Shipping within the US is just $9.75 per box!
Shipping for Canadian orders is $38.50 per box; shipping anywhere else in the world is $55.50 per box (US postal rates increased in January 2016)
Due to the tremendous response we expect from this sale, you cannot add anything to your order from our Maya Road store. These kits are packed and ready to go.
2. If I live overseas, how do I make sure that the correct S/H is charged for my kit?
The Buy It Now button has 3 different Ship To Regions – one for US customers, one for Canadian customers and one for all other International customers.If you are a Canadian or International customer, make sure you pick the right kit that includes your shipping charge in it. If you accidentally pick the kit for the US customers, we will bill you in PayPal for the shipping charge before your kit is shipped. International orders are shipped via USPS Mail with tracking.
3. Who is fulfilling these orders?
These orders are filled directly from the Maya Road warehouse.
4. What is in each of these boxes?
Each kit will contain overstock and/or older Maya Road products. There are 3 different boxes available, in limited quantities. Some of the categories of items you may receive in these boxes include: chipboards sets, wood, canvas, chipboard books, sheers, embellishments, ribbon slides, linen, fabric tapes, ribbons, felts, metal bottlecaps, transparencies, trinket flowers, trim packs, embellishments, resin metals, buttons, whole rolls of trim (10-25 yards/roll), cut trims, twines, trims, and more. We do not accept requests. Each box has approximately 29-31 different items in it.
Again, the list is just a sample of items which are being put in the boxes; you may not receive products from all the listed categories. The boxes may be different sizes to accommodate items selected for each box - some are shorter some are wider but the value is the same. Also due to the tremendous discount we are offering, all sales are final. Texas shoppers will need to pay sales tax.
5. If I order more than 1 box, will I receive the same merchandise?
Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. If you order more than one box and and you do it early, we will try and get you a different box for each one you ordered, but cannot guarantee you will get different boxes. We have 2 different boxes being offered. Please note that the boxes may be different sizes and volumes but the value of what is inside is the same.
6. How long will these boxes be available?
We will be selling these boxes until early March or until we run out; quantities on this Warehouse Sale are limited. Once you order your box, we cannot cancel your order. All sales are final. We will ship all boxes with tracking but we cannot guarantee delivery times.
7. How long will it take from when I order to when your order is shipped?
Our expectation is that they will turn around in no more than 3-4 business days. We will ship every 3-4 business days.
8. How are the warehouse sale boxes shipped?
All boxes are packed in cardboard boxes - all continental US mail packages are shipped via Fedex Smartpost. Fedex Smartpost takes typically 2 to 7 days to reach continental US destinations. For more on Fedex Smartpost, visit the Fedex website. For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or abroad shipments will go via USPS first class or priority mail. Our warehouse (Innovative Business Services) will be sending the packages, so the email with tracking information will come from them.
9. I noticed that that Maya Road boxes are in the PayPal Storefront – what if I don’t have a PayPal account, can I still purchase a box?
Yes, even though the payment is processed through PayPal, you do not have to have a PayPal account to pay by credit card. There is an option to just process your credit card without establishing a PayPal account.
