dear momma,
i know you bought this halloween costumer for me last year to wear this year. and i know that i decided this year i would be scared of all my stuffed animals (esp my talking elmo). i would say hello to my elmo costume once in a while as it sat in my closet.
and yeah i wasn't happy earlier this year when you and dadda made me try it on.
when halloween rolled around, we ended up going to asia so i didn't get to wear my costume but i was still a bit scared so i don't think i would have lasted long in it.
but i am a big boy now and last night i decided that i would say hello to elmo and give him a try.
i wore it to play my trains. i wore it running around the house. i would have eaten ice cream in it and gone to sleep if you would have let me. i told all my teachers at school today about it.
yes momma, i am a big boy now.
