I know evryone in the US celebrates fall, its a wonderful season and I wish we had it hhere in North Queensland.......2 season here....hot and humid and hot!! LOL
Anyway in honour of fall and the the lovely new Maya Road leaves chipboard and stamps here is my fall project for you all....
To create this project you need the following products:
3. Oval Scallop Journal Coaster
6. Patterned paper is Cosmo Cricket Nutmeg
7. Distress Ink Brown
8. Crackle Paint Clear
To start cover the oval coaster with patterned paper, trim sand and ink.
Then cover the tree with patterned paper and trim, sand and ink, once that is done apply a coat of Crackle paint and allow to dry
Once dry the effect looks great as per the picture above.
Now ink letters and cover assorted leaf shapes with paper, trim, sand and ink.
To create the little leaves I used the Singleton Leaves stamps.....the smallest one to stamp onto the back of patterned paper and cut the leaves out.....ok I made my DD cut them out for me...
I also inked these little leaves as well. Once everything is dry assemble as per the main picture. Make sure you layer your leaves at the base of the oval coaster.
And the final touch was to attach a scattering of the tiny leaves to tree and falling
as per the close up of the tree.
