Hello everyone! I was lucky enough to get to work with the new Strawberry Coaster, for one of my CHA projects recently. It's such a cute design and as soon as I saw it, I knew I wanted to make a sweet looking banner with it for my little girl's room! :)
To keep things simple, each strawberry coaster was put together the same way with slight variations on each for interest.
The stem, leaf area and strawberry were covered with patterned paper, then chipboard pieces from the Damask Chipboard Sheet were used for the leaves. I used beads, flowers, ribbon and chipboard letters to embellish the strawberries.
Notice the new Mini Chipboard Butterflies on the banner. Each butterfly comes with two layers, a full silhouette of the butterfly and a die cut one (which I used) The two pieces can be layered or used separately. You can check them out here, in the new catalog.
Maya Road Supplies Used:
Trinket Beads Hearts and Butterflies
Other Supplies Used:
Patterned Paper - Collage Press (Sweet Shoppe Collection)
Tasseled cord (found in the upholstery section), plain pink cord, beads and glitter - Hobby Lobby
See you soon,
Jennifer
BEAUTIFUL! And makes me want to go pick some fresh off of the plant!
