Hello everyone!!! Today I'd like to share with you a project inspired by my favorite season, Spring.
This little duckling was made out of a paper mache egg and lots of Maya Road chipboard and other embellishments.
Here you can see the main pieces of chipboard I used to create the duckling. The head feather is a Mini scroll. The wings and tail are from the Damask Chipboard sheet and the eyes are just chipboard centers from some letters.
If you look closely in the picture above, you can see see the beak is made from two Petals that were glued together at the top. The beak was then scored in the center and out to the sides.
Above you can see the how the tail was constructed. I glued a stick pin in between the two chipboard pieces. Making it easier to attach to the body of the duckling.
The feet of the duckling are made out of heart shaped Petals that were stacked and glued together. I drilled holes into each foot, then 2 1/2" dowels were glued into the holes, for the legs.
