Today I wanted to show you one of my CHA projects......I admit I was a little concerned when I found an owl shape (I really haven't used a lot of owl stuff to scrap...) Anyway I made this really fun little album of my 2 boys and my nephew at the Strand (the beach area here in Townsville, has a fun little water park).
Products used:
Suede Stitched Pink And Cream Trinket Flowers
Microchips Brights-Star Chipboard
Trinket Pins - Brown & Turquoise
velvet Stitched Blossoms - Cream and Brown
Wings and Hearts Mini Chipboard Set
Wow...thats a lot of stuff!! and the papers are by Bo Bunny. All edges have been sanded and inked.
To create the cover I used the embossed cover and clear plastic to trace around the shapes, then cut them out of paper. The eyes are chipboard buttons
This album has only 5 pages
The letters are sprayed with mist , the ribbon is pinned and attached to the base of the flower, then attached as per above.
To create this page cover base. Cover rectangle foundation chipboard piece. Stamp the Smarty Owl image twice. Attach one to rectangle, then cut the owl out and and attach with mounting tape. Before attaching to page wrap with twine., attach flower.
The next page is just 1 photo by its self.
Then
To create this page cover base, add small photo. Spray scroll with mist and attach, cover button and attach, use twine then attach with pin.
The next page is a photo with small scroll:
Spray scroll with green mist and attach, add small flower with 2 pins attached.
Cover base and add photo. Cover chipboard shapes as per the picture. Attach the large star to page. Stamp the smarty Owl stamp and cut out the owl, I then carefully cut around the beak and eyes so I could attach it to the Kraft ticket, then attach to base. Add the rest of the shapes.
Next page is a photo with a heart shape on the corner.
This page is to journal. Coverv base, cut down sheer journal piece and attach. Cover mini gears and attach.
Finally the last page is a photo.
