As far as I'm concerned, there just aren't many things that are more FUN than the Maya Road kraft envelopes. Usually I ink them, crumple them, stamp them, and load them up with Maya Road rub-ons. But this time, I wanted something a little more "delicate". I wanted them to be a little more FRILLY. One of the ways I dressed up an envelope was completely covering the outside with patterned paper. It's fun and easy. I used an oversized brad and an altered eyelet for the clasps. I added a few rub-ons and stickers and WOW~ great feminine envelope! I glued this one right onto the page.
I covered rectangle envelope with patterned paper but this time I achieved the frilly look by glueing cream ruffle edge trim under the envelope flap. I love the way it turned out! Instead of the envelope clasp this one has an old button (and underneath the flap is a hidden magnetic clasp).
This envelope is hole-punched so that there's more free space on the album pages. Of course, I couldn't resist adding a few rub-ons too!
I LOVE this album! I'll show you the cover, but if you want to see the finished product, keep your eyes peeled during peeks for CHA-S because it's already sporting some fun, new Maya Road summer releases!
Have a SUPER week!

I love how you jazzed up that envelop and I most of all love that I have the supplies right here (I even have that snazzy ruffly ribbon)! That's the best part for sure!

That must have been exciting to be moving in. There's such a sense of craftsmanship in that place.

God is so good to us. We might sometimes feel that He is not there, but we just have to trust him.. Everything has it's purpose and everything will come at the right time.
