Hello Roadies! We have a special treat for you. Nathalie Kalbach is our very special guest designer today. Nat took our Maya Road products and put her very artistic spin on them. We are sharing her mini album, art bag, and stellar "Every Wall" canvas. She even graciously put together a video tutorial detailing her unique canvas. Let's take a closer look at all her beautiful creations.
Nat's beautiful Road Trip Mini album use a mix of the Maya Road Canvas Flag Banner and the Maya Road Chipboard Flag Banner Album as its base. A variety of Maya Mist adorn the pages of this mini album. A great feature of the Maya Road Canvas albums is that the canvas doesn't bleed. You can spray lots of mist on one side and the other side will remain blank until you are ready to alter it.
Using a stencil and Maya Mists she created both negative and positive images on her pages. She adorned her photos with a varitey of chipboard images and words from the Hand & Heart chipboard set.
Here are some close up details of her wonderful pages.
Nat's created an awesome art bag using the Maya Road Alterable Canvas Messenger Bag. She added a page from the Canvas Flag Mini album to create her pocket. She used lots of Maya Road Mists to get the bold colorful front of her tote. The Deborah Chipboard was her stencil for the word "Art bag." We love how Nat made the perfect art travel bag.
We love this very clever 12 x 12 canvas using lots of Chipboard Doorways, Maya Mists, and Gesso. Nat generously created a video sharing how she made this awesome artistic piece. Go to our Maya Road You Tube Channel to see her great video.
Thank you Nathalie for sharing your awesome artistic creations with us today. A big thank you for the awesome video and insights into your creative process. Roadies make sure you check out Nathalie's website to see more of her beautiful creations.
