Hey, Roadies!
Leah popping in a little late today to share a layout with a fun sort of valentine's theme. Does anyone else out there struggle to remember/persuade/bribe their significant other for photos? If I really take the time to ask, it's not a big deal, but he definitely grew up in a "no photo" home, and he's changed over the years just for me. In fact, he now takes some really GREAT photos that I love to scrapbook.
That still doesn't mean that I remember to snap ones of us together very often!
So for today's layout, since I wanted to journal a bit about us (found in the great little "memories" library pocket card), I decided to just include a seperate photo of each of us. Problem solved.
And make a promise to myself to snap some new ones together soon!
The shot through the heart chipboard shapes were such a great accent for this page - and have I mentioned before how pleased I am with the way that the maya mists cover chipboard? The White Out is my fave - I've gone through almost an entire bottle. It's so perfect to accent wintery pages!
And this was my fist time fitting these fun cameos on to a project. A couple of spritzes with black ink, and they were ready to go.
Happy crafting, Roadies! And don't forget to snap a few of those photos WITH a loved one!
Beautiful, gorgeous & lovely layout!!!

I really like your layout. The way you places things over a map looks great. After I created a mini book for our anniversary I realized also that we didn't have that many photos of us so I a have been making sure we get more of them.
