...is that you can gather pretty pretties inside of it, or decide to spill it all over...
Hullo, Roadies!
Ania here - I'd like to share another reason why I love these vintage glass vials so much... They're just... So much fun!
Here's the cover of a minialbum I made this Summer.
I had this idea of gathering photos of the kids throughout the years, titling the album "As the years go by". And this "years go by" process would be symbolized by an opened bottle of vintage glass vial, with its dreamy contents spilled onto the heart...
Just in case you haven't spotted the glass vial yet, here it is once again *wink* *wink*
To create this frozen, always halfway out the bottle-look, I simply used liquid glitter glue, poured it sideways into the bottle and kept it sideways so it would dry that way. Then I adhered the bottle to the heart and poured even more liquid glitter glue coming out from the bottle and onto the canvas, smudging the way it spread all around...
I suppose you wanna see the inside of the minialbum, as well. Right, suppose I could share some of the pages :) Gotta admit I love these Afternoon Tea Blossoms, here in carnation. So pretty and so easy to use anywhere, whether it's tucked behind something or as the focal point, like here.
I am so fond of these pretty Vintage Sequin Flowers, perfectly nested upon an Antique Ornate Frame. Think The Great Gatsby-elegance!
I'm also mixing in a bit of soft fabric in the album, here with the canvas tag.
A little bit of Kraft (love the crispiness of these mini tags :) ).
Ofcourse a little bit of chipboard & wood mixed in...(adore these rabbits!)
And then I'm wrapping the album w/some fancy metal & wood ;)
Hope you enjoyed the peek into my mini :)
Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I really appreciate your efforts and I will be waiting for your further write ups thank you once again.
