Hi Roadies! It's Jocelyn on the blog today with a couple of cards showing off the new Maya Road dies. These dies have such a beautiful script font and lovely sentiments. I wanted to show how great they look on cards--they are the perfect size!
First, I made a shaped birthday card:
I used my Silhouette Cameo to cut the card base and half-dozen outer layers for the shaker. After I glued all of the layers together except the acetate, I added a mix of sequins. Once I adhered the final acetate layer, I adhered the new "wish" die-cut. Isn't it a beautiful die?
Above the die-cut, I added more sparkle with the Silver Sparkle Sequin Bow with the Round Jewel Center on top. The photo below shows all of the shimmer and shine of the card:
For the top of the card, I added trims to look like a star trail. I adhered the Pink Lemonade Twine Cording and White Pearl Trim.
My next card is more layered:
I started with the new kraft corrugated tag. So fun! I die-cut the doily from vellum and the "hello" from wood veneer. These dies will be getting a lot of use in my craft room--they're so versatile. I layered these die-cuts with the Kraft Vintage Butterfly Pieces on top of the corrugated tag.
In the corner, I clustered the pink Felt Rose and Hot Pink Pearl Pin. I gilded the Mini Leaf Charm in gold and tucked it under the flower. Here's a close-up:
Thanks for stopping by!

Totally gorgeous cards Jocelyn! Are these Maya Rd. dies available to purchase anywhere? I couldn't find them on the MR website.
