Hello Roadies! It's Melody on the blog today. I have a couple of projects to share today showcasing the new Maya Road Dies. I love the beautiful script font! The dies cut a variety of materials and are a fun teal color.
I used one of the new Maya Road Dies to cut the Thank You Sentiment. I cut the sentiment out twice, once with a thin chipboard and once with a red card stock. I adhered to the two layers together to add extra dimension.
I used one of the new Corrugated Tags for the base of my embellishment. Behind the tag I placed a Vintage Doily Transparency . Then I added a Embossed Metal Flower Embellishment, two Leaves, and a Stained Wood Heart Button. The two small flags under the flower are cut with dies in the new Tag Die.
My next project is a 12 x 12 scrapbook page. One of my daughters recently got engaged and this page is the first page for her wedding album.
The Wood Tokens are just perfect for the occasion. I used the Happy and Be Mine Die Set.
Under the corrugated paper I added a piece of Small Organza Roses Ribbon in Cream and a Framed Sayings Kraft Pieces in white. The "love" sentiment is cut with another new die.
