Hi Roadies, it's Belly here on the blog today!
Here in Hong Kong we don't normally buy pumpkin for display during fall seasons and Halloween, but I love so much the color combo of this season, so how about make one by myself for displaying my girl photos which was trying a costume in a shop.
Orange, green, purple... what a colorful combo, I love so much Maya Road Lilac and Lime Vintage Burlap Trim which are easy to add colors and dimensions to the projects.
In order to make a softer look, I used Maya Road Cream Burlap Trim to connect the gabs between chipboard pieces, just love how it comes out.
I added Maya Road Felt Roses in chocolate brown, Big Leaf Charms, Mini Leaf Charms and Vintage Leaf Pins on top of the pumpkin to make it more alive, as well as some of my goodies and handmade satin brown leaves.
The new cutting dies are super cool when I used it for the foil gold paper, here the new Fanciful Be Happy Mind Steel Cutting Dies just released this fall. Let us know what decorations you have made for this Halloween and fall season, we always love to be inspired!
Maya Products I used:
Fanciful Be Happy Mine Steel Cutting Dies
Chocolate Brown Felt Roses
Vintage Leaf Pins - Pearl Cream & Brown
Mini Leaf Charms
Big Leaf Charms
Vintage Burlap Trim - Lilac
Vintage Burlap Trim - Lime
Burlap Trim - Cream
Enjoy!!!
Thanks for stopping by :)
