Maya Road and Photoplay Product Blog Hop

Hi Roadies! This month we are doing a swap with Photoplay Paper!  I used the new Christmas Mad 4 Plaid Product Line along with some Maya Road Dies and Embellishiments to create a card and a 12 x 12 layout. The holidays are one my favorite times to get creative! I love getting an early start. 

For my card I used the PhotoPlay Mad 4 Plaid Christmas 6 x 6 Paper Pad and one of the PhotoPlay Ephemera Die Cuts. The smaller prints are perfect for card making and the love the traditional Christmas colors. I also used the Maya Road Noel Holiday Die Bundle. 

I used the snow globe die to cut the snow globe directly into the card front. Then I cut the house and tree and put them inside the snow globe. I added snow with Crystal Drops and then added the snow globe stand to the front of the card. The sentiment is included in the Noel Holiday Die Bundle as are the holly leaves I added at the top. I finished the card off with a Resin Flower in Snow White. 

For my scrapbook page I used a combination of the Mad 4 Plaid  Solids Plus and the Christmas Collection Pack. 

I used a few pretty Maya Road embellishments at the top corner, a Tulle Mini Blooms in Milk White, two Medium Vintage Paper Flowers in Red, two Vintage Findings Paper Leaves in Medium, and three Resin Mini Mums. 

I used the Tabbed File Folder Die to add the file tab and then added Cardstock Stickers for the Mad 4 Plaid Collection Pack. 

 

I cut the sentiment with the Merry Christmas Steel Die. I added three charms to my page, a bow and candy cane from the Ken Oliver Vintage Bow & Candy Cane Charms and a Bronze Christmas Tree Charm.
