Bicycle Card
Trim patterned paper slightly smaller than card base adhere to center of card. Layer second piece of patterned paper on top, down the center of the card. Adhere fabric tape and ribbon to bottom edge of kraft envelope, then adhere two glassine bags (open ends together)to underside of kraft envelope. Layer star pins, bicycle flair and punched pattern paper circles to the top of the envelope. Tie twine bow to star pin.
