Trim and layer patterned papers to card base. Adhere vintage measuring tape trim along bottom third of card. Unwrap and trim blue paper twine cording, layer under kraft envelope and adhere to card. Adhere flowers to envelope, add sentiment to die-cut heart and clip to envelope's edge.
