Stamp sentiment to bottom of card. Trim strip of patterned paper to just above sentiment. Stamp and punch/die-cut three circles. Die-cut/punch holes in patterned paper, slightly larger than circles in the previous step. Adhere paper to card and circles to their respective places using pop dots.
