Cover - Close Up
For Cover:
1. Take out the pages of the album and paint the outside and inside with 1 coat of white acrylic paint. This has a distressed look so 1 coat is enough. Allow to dry.
2. Take the wood grain paper and round the right hand corners as shown. Glue onto the cover.
3. Take the pink mum flower. Ink with the pink ink.
4. Cut out the "forever & always" journaling tag. Ink with pink ink.
5. Take the linen banner piece. Cut out a pink heart and glue onto the linen banner piece. The pink heart is from a patterned paper that has hearts all over it.
6. Take one of the resin birds. Rub teal acrylic paint all over him and wipe of the excess. Set aside to dry.
7. Ink the edge of the script button in pink as shown.
8. Assemble the cover. Add the larger crocheted doily. Mount the forever and always journaling tag on foam dots and put in place. Add the clothespin. Add the pink mum and script button. Tie a bow with a piece of the seam binding and glue under the flower. Add a 2.5" piece of the leaf trim as shown. Glue the bird to the linen banner piece. Attach the linen banner piece to the page. Cut 1 of the grey organza flowers and glue as shown.
