• leftover strips of paper from glassine mini album (you should have 15 strips of 1 ¾” x 6” paper)
• square Journey Tin
• banner crochet trim
• wood owl
• fabric leaf
• flower sequin
• adhesive
• blue ink pad/mist

1. Cut strips of patterned paper to 1 ¾” x 3 ½”.
2. Fold each strip in half with pattern paper on the inside.
3. Starting with one folded strip on your work area (fold to the LEFT) apply adhesive to the part of the strip facing you. Place another strip with the fold to the RIGHT on top of the strip to adhere. Apply adhesive to the top of the part of the strip facing you, then place another strip with the fold to the LEFT on top of the strip to adhere. Repeat this process until you have used all of your strips and created an accordion album.
4. Cut one piece of 1 ¾” x 1 ¾” paper and adhere to the “front” of the album.
5. Adhere last page of the album to the inside of the tin and put the lid on.
6. Color wood owl with an ink pad or mist and set aside to dry.
7. Apply adhesive on the back center of tin and adhere crochet trim, leaving approx. 3” on the right side of the tin. Fold crochet trim over the lid of the tin and tie both ends in to a bow. Apply adhesive to the front of TRIM (not to the tin) and adhere fabric flower, wood owl and flower sequin.
8. Add photos and embellishments to mini album as desired.
